uDevelopment is the creation of three UK-based entrepreneurs – Dr Debbie Swallow, Kevin Martyn and David Cooper. Together these 3 associates bring a wide umbrella of experience and expertise to U-Development, based on their work as independent consultants, in marketing, coaching, training and personal and business development.

Based in Essex, Debbie Swallow has over twenty-five years’ hands-on experience running her own businesses. She specialises in turnaround and growth strategies with real ‘how-to’ solutions and often works with companies that trade in international markets. Debbie won the UK National Training Award as an individual and her perfect day includes a long, leisurely Mediterranean-type lunch with family in a sunny garden.

Kevin Martyn began his career as an entertainer; he is a true entrepreneur and runs a number of HIGHLY successful business ventures in a number of different and unrelated business areas. He is a powerhouse of creativity and technical ability, and is exceptionally creative in idea generation and marketing (especially Internet related marketing and PR), however, his talent also extents to coaching and mentoring. When you have a challenge, Kevin will almost drown you with a flood of practical solutions. Kevin has a beach-side home in the West country, and his eclectic mixture of hobbies include Judo, campanology and being a taxi driver for his young family.

David Cooper is a marketing consultant based in Torquay, Devon. He is recognised as one of the UK’s leading direct response copywriters, having written and designed hundreds of direct response mail packs, emails and landing pages for many clients in the personal and business development arena, including Nightingale Conant, Peter Thomson, Jay Abraham and Bob Proctor. David’s perfect day is spent walking on Dartmoor.
